On September 24 National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine has reported that OSCE car was attacked on a bridge near Shchastya city by pro-Russian terrorists. The bridge goes over Siverskiy Donets river, it’s a check-point controlled by Ukrainian Army located on the front line. After that bridge the territory of Lugansk Region is under control of Russian Army. It is about 20km from the point where the incident happened to the city of Lugansk.

But later same day OSCE said that their monitors hasn’t been fired in Lugansk Region without giving any other details.

At the same time our sources in Ukrainian Army located at Shchastya city confirmed that the incident took place. Nobody got wounded or killed.
