Spokesperson at the International Committee of the Red Cross for Europe, Asia and for health issues Anastasia Isyuk has confirmed that humanitarian aid arrived to Lugansk and will be delivered to people who needs it.

8 cargo trucks of ICRC passed through the last checkpoint controlled by Ukrainian Army and went to Lugansk city direction few days ago on December 20. The cargo is from Geneva and it is delivered according to international rules and coordinated with Ukrainian Government. In total there are 64 trucks that ICRC plans to deliver to occupied territories of Lugansk Region.
Below is the video recorded by local reporter Konstantine Reutski from informator.lg.ua. The trucks passed by Shchastya city and entered Lugansk through Stanitsia Luhanska controlled by Ukrainian Army.
