Special Monitoring Mission of OSCE has confirmed that Russian convoy crossed Ukrainian border today. At 7:25 am (Moscow time) on November 16 mission members saw 20 vehicles that arrived at Donetsk Border Crossing Point (Russian Federation) and went to Ukraine. At Ukrainian side it borders with Izvarine Border Crossing Point which is officially shut down and is under control of LPR terrorist group. Out of 20 vehicles the convoy had only 7 cargo trucks with a sing on them “Humanitarian help from the Russian Federation”, the rest of the convoy had different type of vehicles like ten fuel trucks, one towing vehicle, one communications vehicle and one escort vehicle. OSCE report says that at 3:12 pm all 20 vehicles returned to the Russian Federation. More details on OSCE report at their website here

National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine made a statement today regarding that convoy. More trucks also went to the territory of Donetsk Region controlled by DPR terrorist group.

According to international rules, when Ukrainian Authorities shut down one of their Border Crossing Points, Russian Federation should do the same from their side. But Russians totally ignore that and terrorists and Russian Army units continue to cross Ukrainian border. Red Cross or Ukrainian Customs didn’t have information about any “humanitarian” aid sent from Russia to the territories controlled by pro-Russian terrorists. So there is no control what Russian is moving in Ukraine and what they are taking out on that trucks.

Later one of Russian propagandist channel published the video of the convoy. None of the trucks had food in them. There was only petrol and oil manufactured by Russian Oil and Gas company “Rosneft” and they showed only the content of 1 truck.
