Russians who are currently holding Lugansk city plan to open 6 schools on September 1. There are 60 schools in Lugansk in total. The biggest school is #60 located in the most dense residential area. on the South. The director of this schools is an active member of Party of Regions (controlled by pro-Russian ex-president Yanukovich). The school director also took active part in organizing fake referendum on May 11 used by Kremlin to legalize pro-Russian separatists in Lugansk. Only 200 people agreed to send their kids to the school. Ukrainian government didn’t allow to open schools on the territories controlled by Russian army as it’s impossible to provide power and water to those facilities. Russians promised to pay salary to the teaches who agree to work in the school, they are going to pay in local Ukrainian currency. It is also dangerous to go to schools because terrorist still do random shooting around the city from mortars and the areas where those school are located have been under fire before. So this may be used by Russian propaganda to create image for their news channels about Ukrainian Army killing children at school. Ukrainian Army is still far from Lugansk and is trying to hold their positions and don’t use artillery or aviation in the city limits.

On August 19 big Russian military convoy entered Lugansk. Next day on August 20 Russians attacked Heorhiivka village and shot down one Ukrainian military aircraft SU-25 and one helicopter. That attack was kicked back and Ukrainian Army captured 2 Russian Army BMD-2 (military machine for paratroopers). On August 22 Russian “humanitarian” entered Lugansk delivering ammo and other supply for their troops in the city. On the way back the Russian trucks took industrial equipment from 2 factories from Lugansk to Russia. In the next few days Russian troops attacked Khryashchuvate and Novosvitlivka using same tactics that they used in Chechnya destroying every building in those villages shooting from tanks. Ukrainian Army had to retreat. So Russian Army took the road M04 under their control. That road goes to Russian border and is totally controlled by Russian Army now. After that Russian government said that they are sending another “humanitarian” aid convoy to Lugansk. The previous convoy came to Lugansk without permission from Ukrainian side and without Red Cross supervision. Only 36 trucks have been inspected out of 280.
Russian soldiers from Chechnya fighting in Ukraine on a side of Russian terrorists. In the video all of them talking in Chechen language to each other. Let’s ask Putin why Muslim guys from Chechnya come on tanks to Ukraine to protect Russian Christian-Orthodox population and from who???? As you can see from the video, the soldiers are marked with white hand bands, same type of identification have Russian soldiers who are located in Lugansk right now. Many times locals have reported that they have seen Chechen people among them!

People from Lugansk report that they were getting food from Russian “humanitarian” aid convoy. Each person who went to get it was given 3 cans of meat, 2 kilos of rice, 0.5 kilos of sugar and 10 liters of bottled water. As it was reported before, the main aim of Russian convoy was to deliver weapon supply to terrorists. On the way back, Russian trucks were used to get industrial equipment out of Lugansk factories. Russian terrorists are blocking all attempts of Ukrainian government to send food and other support to people trapped in the city. Shops and markets still operate and sell food. But many people run out of cash as all banks are closed. It is also possible to get in and out of Lugansk, but terrorist don’t allow men age 18-60 to leave the city. Some of the people who left Lugansk before are coming back to pick up warm clothes and get out of there.
Up to 15,000 Russian army soldiers are already fighting in Ukraine, according to Valentina Melnikova, the head of the Union of Russian soldiers’ mothers. According to a statement released by the NGO, Russian soldiers are now being deployed to east Ukraine in large numbers. Situation at the border remains tense. Border guards continue carrying out defense of the state border of Ukraine and tasks according to the ATO general plan. During the day the revitalization of sabotage and reconnaissance groups, as well as artillery and mortar attacks from the territory of Russia were recorded.
On August 25, Ukrainian border guards detected sabotage and reconnaissance group (which crossed the border from the territory of Russia) near “Krasna Talivka” border guard division, Luhansk region.
At 03.00 p.m., border guard patrol stopped with automatic fire the movement of saboteurs in the direction of “Krasnovka” (Russia) – “Talove” (Ukraine). Additional operational and combat groups immediately came to the place of battle clash to reinforce. There was a fierce battle that lasted 2.5 hours. Russian subversive group was maintained with fire from mortars, 2 BTR and BMP 2 from the territory of Russia. For the first time since the fighting in the east border guards were fired from two combat helicopters MI-24 with unguided rocket projectiles. Despite strong fire support during combat attackers suffered significant personnel losses. After failing to break through the border, one of the Russian BMP pushed to the place of location of the Russian saboteurs, evacuated personnel together with dead and wounded to the territory of Russia under cover of fire of BTRs and helicopters.
Defending the homeland and defending the state border of Ukraine 4 border guards died and three suffered injuries.
From 10.40 a.m. to 03.30 p.m. (25.08.14), artillery and mortar attacks were carried out on Novoazovsk (Donetsk region).
At the same time while Kremlin denies that they send their soldiers to fight in Ukraine on the side of pro-Russian terrorists, people in Pskov (Russian Federation) continue to bury local soldiers who were killed in a fight near Lugansk by Ukrainian Army. Still nobody knows how many of them died in Ukraine. The funerals are secret and the relatives are not allowed to talk to reporters about it.
